| LET'S GO BACK IN TIME........ IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THAT SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM ANTIQUES THROUGH 1920's 1930'S, 1940'S, 1950'S, 1960'S, 70'S OR 80'S COLLECTABLES - WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THAT CHOICE!!!! Paula has had a passion for Antiques, Collectables, History and the Arts since she was a child. Bob has a passion for History, Vintage Radios, Clocks, Watches, Record Players and Quality Engineering. Bob's previous job was a Social Worker within Mental Health. Paula's previous job was as a PA and PR Consultant within the Media. Namely Granada Television and the BBC. Plus the National Press including The Express Group, We both decided to retire..... Put this combination together - and we bought a beautiful new home aboard a 50'steel Narrowboat.... We lived and travelled on the Canals of England for two and a half years! We travelled from Yorkshire to London (and back again!) via the old potteries of Staffordshire... Whilst on our trip, which included Henley-on-Thames, Windsor/Eton... To the Antique shops of Camden Passage in Angel Islington plus the Retro/Vintage and Antique shops of Notting Hill; we acquired a lot of beautiful Antiques and interesting Collectables. Living on a 50' Narrowboat, we soon realised that we needed to send a lot of our acquisitions to our family folk back in Yorkshire and Cumbria for Storage!! We sold our Narrowboat in June 2006 and opened our popular shop 'YESTERDAY' in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Our Antiques & Collectables shop in Leeds has now closed and we sell solely through the internet. You can find us on Ebay (Rolalong69) and we have another couple of internet shops opening soon.... These will be added to this website shortly. | |||
